Attorney Luc Audet is a business attorney called
to the Quebec Bar in 1981 whom practices in all matters of
Quebec and Canadian laws. Mr. Audet is the main associate
of Audet & associes attorneys, a lawyers firm, based in
Montreal, Quebec. Previously held positions include Vice-president,
Corporate affairs, General counsel and Corporate Secretary
of a leading Television producer and broadcaster. Mr. Audet
was responsible for an operation budget of $2MM and a staff
of 90 full-time employees, was a member of the Management
Committee and sat at the Board of Directors.
Mr. Audet began is practice with a medium-size business law firm
based in Montreal, and was recruited for an in-house position in one
of Quebec's major financial institution, where he stayed nine years.
During this period, Mr. Audet climbed the corporate ladder and
gained an enviable business experience. The position Mr. Audet held
when he resigned was Chief legal counsel and corporate Secretary of
all the 30 corporations of the Group, including two Publicly-held
corporations, one real-estate development corporation, one
real-estate holding company ($500MM ) and two loan corporations.
